Women's Ministry

C3 Women’s Ministry exists to help women diligently study God’s Word and grow in godliness within a rich community of sisters in Christ. Throughout the year, women connect and grow through Bible studies each semester, monthly dinner gatherings, an annual retreat, and more.

Summer Book Club

This summer, C3 Women's Book Club is a great opportunity for women to gather and continue their pursuit of Christ.

The June book options are Praying the Bible by Donald Whitney or Parenting by Paul David Tripp. C3 desires to be a praying people, and Praying the Bible shows us how God's Word can and should shape what we say to the Lord in prayer. God has also blessed our church with children whom we are called to shepherd for His glory, and Parenting outlines 14 gospel principles that teach us how God's rescuing grace impacts our parenting. On Saturday, June 27 from 10 am-noon, women will gather in host homes for brunch and discussion of the book they chose.

The July book options are We Died Before We Came Here by Emily Foreman and Marriage and the Mystery of the Gospel by Ray Ortlund. In We Died Before We Came Here, you'll hear the story of missionaries to North Africa and the cost they paid to follow Jesus--marveling at the God who turns enemies into worshippers and finding fresh inspiration to follow the Great Commission in your own life. Others may wish to check out Marriage and the Mystery of the Gospel, where you'll trace the transcendent vision of marriage from Eden to Revelation and discover how God displays His gospel through imperfect human unions. Brunch and discussion of those books will take place in host homes on Saturday, July 25 from 10am-noon.

Whether or not you can join for brunch and discussion, we hope you'll read with C3 Women's Book Club this summer!

These dinners will each focus on Savoring the Psalms as continue to mine the beauty of this book. Please sign up to help us prepare enough food, mark your calendar, and bring a friend!
