People Get Ready

Luke 12:35-48 Kingdom promises!  Warnings about greed!  Promises of provision!  So much of Jesus' teaching over recent Sundays must be heard against through the background noise of increasing opposition.  So it is with today's teachings:  we had better be ready, but what does that look like?  Let's reason together (Isaiah 1:18) and remember Jesus' warning: we should be careful how we listen (Luke 8:18).
