Annie grew up all over the place, but is now back at home in Houston where she spent the best years of her childhood (always a proud Lanier Purple Pup and Bellaire Cardinal)! Annie came to know Jesus through the influence of her devoted parents and the youth ministry of Houston Chinese Church. While studying visual arts at Harvard, Annie co-founded a media/marketing company which she ran for 15 challenging yet fruitful years. She also met her best friend and husband Kenny Fan and began serving together at a church plant in Boston. God was so faithful through consuming careers, multiple moves, and the arrival of their children Lucas and Eden.
After settling in Houston in 2022, Annie & Kenny found C3 where they quickly felt spiritually nourished and discipled like never before. Annie sensed a call to exit her company with hope in God’s sovereignty through the process and beyond. Nothing could have prepared her for His lavish provision and protection in that transition…or the surprising opportunity that would soon present itself: a role with C3!
Now, Annie joyfully serves as C3’s Communications Manager, overseeing the newsletter, social media, graphic design, and more. She feels deeply humbled and inspired to equip everyone from members to internet strangers/seekers alike to engage with C3 teachings & events, and to support the goals of C3’s ministries through her work. In her spare time, Annie enjoys volunteering in her PTA, working out at F45, and traveling with her family!
